Polytec Becomes NAFEMS Member

Polytec’s decision to join NAFEMS was triggered by a key application of Polytec’s non-contact laser vibration sensors. Analytical simulation teams benefit from the unique features of Scanning Laser Vibrometers when used to perform automated experimental modal analysis for validation of Finite Element structural and acoustic simulation models. By joining NAFEMS, Polytec and the simulation departments can together make use of this common platform to discuss and define requirements for better models and efficient validation using state-of-the-art measurement technology.
